Denied!

So after using up my free miles bonus on my Capital One credit card, I’m in the market for a new card. I did my research, and found that the best deal would be a Citi card that offers some decent cash-back bonuses (averaging out to nearly 2% per year, if I played it right).
I applied online yesterday, and today, got the following message in my inbox:
We regret we are unable to approve an account for you at this time because of the following:
Your credit bureau report shows you have no revolving
accounts with a balance.
In other words, you’re a responsible consumer who always pays his cards off on time. We can’t make any money off people like you, so we’re not giving you a card!
What a load of crap.

ha i will be more than happy to give you some of my own personal revolving account debt. please apply as soon as possible and i will guarantee that you receive a minimum of 10k in balances. no credit necessary.
