We must continue to lead the world in human talent and creativity. Our greatest advantage in the world has always been our educated, hardworking, ambitious people, and we are going to keep that edge.
Obviously, Congress got his message loud and clear_
Congress narrowly passed a bill Wednesday that will cut $12.7 billion in federal student loans through higher interest rates and reductions in subsidies to banks that lend money to students.
And for the record, not one democrat voted for this bill.
